Soak two and half(or three bowl for crispy )of rice
Soak one bowl.of urad daal
Soak One tea spoon of methi seeds in rice

Soak all three at least 6 to 8 hour.Grind them separately.

Mix them all at keep them in bigger bowl for fermentation for at least 4 hour then put them in fridge in a closed box

During preparing dosa take dosa mix add some water,salt and mix them well

Put some oil on hot dosa tawa,wipe them with wet cloth ,pour dosa mix in middle and quickly spread them uniformly.

Add some oil ,don’t turned them,put your masala ,cheese ,fold them and serve them

Boiled and mashed potatoes
One tea spoon sauf,one tea spoon mustured seeds,hing and red chilli
Kadhi patta,and roasted ,soaked chana daal one table spoon
One bigger sized chopped onion
Two chopped tomatoes
Crack the tarka
Add onion and kadhi patha and stir
Turn like this
Add tomato and soaked chana daal
Add one tea spoon any sambhar masala,one tea spoon gun powder,salt and a pinch of turmeric powder
And of course mashed potatoes
And your filling is ready for dosa

Gun powder

One bowl urad daal,half bowl mung daal
One table spoon dhaniya
One tea spoon methi seeds,six to eight red chilli
Heat oil in pan

Roast all in medium flame

Golden ,set aside let it cool down
Grind them in a textured powder form,add one tea spoon black salt
Two tea spoon salt☺️ swadanusaar
Two table spoon aamchur powder
Grind them, ready to use

You can use them for a month
